Invoicing

We take care of invoicing. As soon as you have approved the hours,
you will receive the invoice from us on the following days.
If you have approved the hours for several gigs within the same period,
you will receive a collective invoice in which all gigs are combined.
On the invoice you will find an overview of the relevant gigs, the freelancers,
the invoice numbers, the hours, the hourly rates and the total amount due.
It also shows the amount you owe to De Tokios.
As soon as you have received the invoice,Then expect the transfer are expected of from De Tokios mount within the payment period

The invoices are made up by us and stored under your profile in the invoice batton and you will receive the invoices by email still
Make sure you store the invoices properly because you are legally obliged to keepyour invoices.
If you lost an invoice, you can contct us and we send them again

The details on an invoice cannot be changed if incorrect information is shown.
If you want to change personal information such as the contact person or the address,
you can do so in your profile on the platform.
The information is automatically transferred to future invoices.

Whereas some freelancers may have a VAT-number for their business purposes and therefore charge VAT, other freelancers may not. Therefore, some invoices may include VAT for those freelancers that charge it.

Working with DeTokios is completely non-binding and you can delete your account at any time. In your personal dashboard you will find a button to delete your account. If you are not yet verified, you will find a button on the right side of the screen as soon as you log in to delete your account. In case you delete your account, we’d be curious to know why. We are so we can use all input to continuously improve our services! You can email info@detokios.com about this.

working on De Tokios is easy . you just have to creat your account, and when your account is varrifed then you can start responding to the shift once client accepts you then you have to attend to the shift then cheack out after work. After you cheack out the shift by the client ,then an invoice will be sent to you via your email and the payment will done depending on the payment agreement that was made between you and the client.

You cannot work on De Tokios without a VAT-ID. The platform is only for people who aready know that enterpreneurship is something for them.You need to request for a VAT-ID to become a FreeFlexer.

Note: Are you already a freelancer with a VAT-ID?
Then add your VAT-ID to our profile and immediately try out the platform as a FreeFlexer. You can request a VAT /ID from chamber of commerce

While on the last two stapes of completing the account creation two things will happen if you creat account via your phone it will automatically ask for a selfie then after the next one will be to upload the id via the camera throuhg the app while a creating an account via our website a link will sent in your email then through the link you will send the send your id and your selfie by the use of the phone while aproading the id make sure all details are seen clearly. this will help you to avoid delay in the activation of the account

Once your identifications papers have expired, you will need to request new one its your own resposibility ,You need to have a valied id becase the client will sometime ask for it. You need a valid ID to continue applying for shifts. When your ID has expired, you’ll still be able to check out your worked hours and edit your personal information. to make it more clear if your id is expired you will not apply for a new shift but you will be able to acess your account, a noficaton will be sent to as reminder on that issue

But as you can imagine, a client will have expectations in line with the work experience you have added. As with many things in life: honesty is the best policy!

When you have a complete profile, your account will be activated
De Tokios checks the new (potential) Free Flexers who have registered every day.
The most important thing is that your profile is complete.
– A complete profile contains the following information
– A representative profile picture.
– campony dress with valid campony details
– Your personal information.
– A copy of your identity card or passport.
– Relevant work experience.
– Valid telephone number.
Once everything is added, we will activate your account. When everything is set we will activate your account after approving the details given it will take just few hours because we check out new freelancer accounts on the
daily basis

– The minimum age is 18 years.
– Updated over a week ago
– Your adventure via our platform can start once you are 18 years or older.
– It’s possible to already start freelancing if you are younger than 18.
– Sign up for a VAT-number (and KvK) independently from de tokios and build up experience.

– This way you can easily start via de tokios once you have turned 18!

Go to the platform under your profle. place an edit battonn under the space add BTW
then add your VAT ID this works in the same way with kvk , email, telephone but and bank account or even profile photo but always bare in mind that when the account is activate some the details can no be changed unless you contact our team because sometimes proof is need to change details like BSN, BANK ACCOUNT,VAT ID

Changing personal information When you want to change any personel informaton,go to the dashboard under your profile,Then klik on the edit batton then change anything you want. Keep it mind that something after activating the account will never be automatically changed you will need to contact our team or send some documents again

When you request for the account to be deleted i will take 14 days to pamanetly destoy it from the platform so for the period below that you will be lucky to comeback to the team of winners but later than that you will be forgoted and no choice but opening new one when you change your mind during the process just chat with our online mansters via the website Then they will see how to fix it when the account is deleted you will afcource have a confirmation email from us abaut it Please note: Once the 14 days have passed, all your information including your invoices will be permanently deleted and can’t be restored. The invoices are important to you, in order to do your quarterly and yearly Tax Declarations. Download your invoices and add them to your administration.

To work via our platform, we will require you to have valid identification papers, that you reside in and and have free working status in the Netherlands. That’s why it’s necessary for us to determine and verify your identity, through your ID upload and the selfie you make. Our system then automatically checks if and for how long you’re eligible to work in the Netherlands. 

Then your personal document will be deleted from our database immediately.

Then we will keep your uploads for 14 days before they’re deleted, just so that we can help you out in the best way possible. Only qualified De Tokio employees will have access to your document and  with the sole purpose to supporting you. No data from your personal document is stored, apart from expiry date and nationality. This data is needed to determine when your eligibility to work in the Netherlands might expire. All this is in accordance to the latest GDPR guidelines on privacy. What can a client see on my profile? Once you’ve applied for a shift, the client will be able to see your following information: name, age, location, e-mail, phone number, profile photo, experience,proven skills, favourite clients and your on-time percentage. No other data is shared. Be mindful that a client has the right to ask you to identify yourself. So always bring your ID to your shift. Privacy policy We do everything we can to protect your personal data and your privacy. For that reason, we try to constantly adjust and improve in this area. Please check our most current privacy policy for all the ins and outs.

Please note: We will never ask for additional personal data outside of the platform, or request access to your DigiD. Contact with De Tokiois exclusively via our chat channels, via email using our @detokiosuport.com. info@detokios.com. you may aslo choose to plan a call back of chat directly through our platform.

To check whether you are eligible to work in the Netherlands. Your ID gets a watermark and will be deleted after it has been verified You will only be able to apply for shifts on our platform when you are eligible to work in the Netherlands. Everyone with either a Dutch nationality or one of the members of the European Economic Area, is eligible to work in the Netherlands. Don’t have a Dutch or EEA nationality? Then you’ll need a valid residence permit stating ‘Arbeid vrij toegestaan’ and where ‘Tewerkstellingsvergunning (twv) is not required’. To determine whether you are allowed to work in the Netherlands, we will ask you to identify yourself on behalf of the clients. You do this by uploading a photo of your passport or identification document and taking a selfie. This identification process runs entirely through the platform.
